Senior Client Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to and working alongside associate/partner

Reviewing work and finalising accounts, tax returns, letters and fees to a standard and sending them directly to the client

Reviewing client and HMRC correspondence and drafting responses or communicating directly with the client

Assisting with ad hoc advisory matters, such as, financial forecasts, incorporation and management accounts

Dealing with ad hoc client queries/advice (tax, Xero, etc.)Managing the team with regards to training, attendance and holiday

Oversee the workflow of the team Competent use of accountancy and taxation software – Xero, CCH, Excel, Word Maintain a professional working relationship with both clients and colleagues

Skills required

Qualified ACA or ACCAConfidentiality

Experience of supervising and training staffA high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and with others

Good IT skills

Salary and benefits:

Competitive salary of 45,000 - 55,000 (dependent on experience)25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Pension contribution increased to 5% after 2 years
