Female Support worker – Bank Role

Location: Eastbourne

Pay Rate

Days - £15.23 per hour weekdays, £16.28 Saturday & £17.33 Sunday

Nights - 16.28 per hour

Shifts Available (Bank): must be flexible

• Days:
  Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 8:00am to 6:30pm
• Nights:
  Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 10:00pm to 7:00am
• Nights:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 10:00pm to 8:30am

We are looking for a Support worker to support a bubbly, warm, and friendly client who loves a joke and a good laugh with her carers. She enjoys getting out and about using public transport to attend social activities in the community and shares her home with her cat,
Lily
. She is a true pleasure to support and brings joy to those around her.

You will provide person-centred, one-to-one care, supporting with:

• Mental health support
• Medication administration
• Epilepsy care and seizure management (including rescue medication)
• Catheter care

• Full training and ongoing support (online and classroom-based)
• Opportunity to gain NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care
• Ongoing guidance from an experienced Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager
• Access to the Sonderwell Carer App for rotas, updates, and resources
• Meet the client and their family before starting for a smooth and welcoming introduction
