We are excited to offer salaried contracts for our local home care roles, providing the stability of regular contracted hours and a guaranteed monthly income.
Join our supportive team at Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham, where you'll support regular clients with enough time to travel between visits — and you'll be paid for your travel and waiting time too.
Our contracts guarantee between 10 and 35 hours per week
, based on agreed availability aligned with our clients' needs, which includes a commitment to working alternate weekends. Salary range between £6,760 and £23,660 per annum (pro rata £27,040 FTE).

Job DescriptionThe Role
You’ll support clients with day-to-day activities such as:
Personal care
Medication reminders
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Accompanying clients on community outings
Most importantly, you’ll provide reassurance, companionship, and a friendly presence that helps clients feel safe, valued, and independent in their own homes.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Kind, patient, and dependable individuals
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
