You’ll handle a varied and interesting caseload from day one. Expect to advise on

• Sale of goods and services disputes
• Breach of contract matters
• Debt recovery
• Business ownership and partnership disputes
• Regulatory and professional issues
• Intellectual property matters

• 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation
• Confidence managing files independently
