You will handle a manageable caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with a focus on quality over quantity. With ample secretarial support and experienced partners, you will be free to focus on the legal work you enjoy.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing

Ability to manage more valuable and involved cases

Proven expertise in handling a variety of residential property transactions

Skills:

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload

Proficient in handling residential property files from start to finish
