• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
• Be inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week. You’ll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (we can train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interacting with the public and management.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
