Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 basic salary | £55,000 realistic OTE

Location: Eastbourne

Hours: Monday – Friday, standard workshop hours.

• Basic Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum
• Realistic OTE: £55,000 with clean, straightforward monthly bonus structures.

• Quality Workmanship: Maintaining a clean "Right First Time" fix rate while hitting well-managed efficiency goals.

• Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent proven portfolio).
• Solid experience working as a mechanic or technician in a professional garage or dealership setting.
• Confident across servicing, mechanical repair, and fundamental diagnostic testing.
• Full UK driving licence.
