• £36,000 – £40,000 Guaranteed Base Salary: Secure, market-leading basic pay tailored directly to your experience.

• Carrying out routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and safety inspections to strict manufacturer standards.
• Utilizing modern diagnostic suites and software tools to locate and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults on premium Swedish platforms.
• Executing core repairs, including timing belts/chains, clutches, suspension, brakes, and engine components.
• Actively engaging with full premium Swedish training pathways to advance your technical credentials and earnings.
• Maintaining clean bay standards, accurate job logging, and right-first-time fix quality.

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Proven hands-on workshop experience in a main dealership or specialist independent garage.
• Strong mechanical skills, logical diagnostic ability, and pride in clean workmanship.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
