  Body Shop Manager
• Salary : £40,000 (£60,000 OTE)
• Location :
  Eastbourne
• Hours : 42 hours a week, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota

Are you a commercially minded leader with a passion for automotive excellence? My client has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Bodyshop Manager to take charge of its repairs centre specialising in light damage repairs from scuffs and dents to paint chips and alloy wheel refurbishment.

• Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Drive business growth through new sales and service expansion
• Maximise retail upsell opportunities via service receptions
• Support marketing initiatives to boost B2B and B2C engagement
• Achieve financial, productivity, and quality targets
• Implement systems and technologies to improve efficiency
• Oversee daily operations, workflow, and KPI performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage budgets, reporting, and financial documentation

• Proven experience managing teams in automotive or related sectors
• Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of accident repair, body shop processes, and insurance procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant automotive qualifications (desirable)
