Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader ready to take full ownership of a high-performing automotive sales department? This is your chance to lead, inspire, and maximise profitability at branch level, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer satisfaction, and achievement of ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all branch sales operations
  • Set and deliver annual sales budgets and manufacturer targets
  • Drive profitability across new, used, and trade vehicle sales
  • Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with company and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction (CSI) performance
  • Build strong relationships with Head Office, manufacturer representatives, suppliers, and customers
  • Manage stock levels, yield performance, and sales systems efficiently
  • Inspire and develop your sales team to exceed expectations

You will work closely with the Franchise Manager and senior leadership team to ensure the branch operates at peak performance while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a high-performing automotive sales team
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to implement and maintain manufacturer and company procedures
FCA Requirement

Under current FCA regulations for selling insurance, candidates must either provide certified proof of competency or be willing to undertake training and successfully complete the required assessment within an agreed timeframe.
