What You'll Be Doing
 
* Assemble precision components to a high standard
 
* Polish, clean, and finish parts ready for production
 
* Work from engineering drawings and work instructions
 
* Carry out quality checks to ensure excellent workmanship
 
* Use a variety of hand tools and finishing equipment
 
* Follow production procedures and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For
 
* Experience in assembly, finishing, or a manufacturing environment
 
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
 
* Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
 
* Good practical skills and manual dexterity
 
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable:
 
* Experience with precision-engineered components
 
* Polishing, fabrication, or finishing experience
 
* Previous engineering or workshop experience
