Paxton is seeking a temporary Manufacturing operative at its Eastbourne Factory to join the team responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, test and packing of Paxton products. This 6-month fixed-term contract is an early shift, Monday to Friday, 06:15–14:15.
You will assemble, test and pack products, handle stock transfers, and support Kanban replenishment while contributing to continuous improvement in the assembly line and processes.
