Job Overview
Sussex Recruitment is looking for factory operatives at a busy client in Eastbourne.
Responsibilities and ScheduleImmediate start, Monday to Friday with a choice of shifts: 6 am to 3:30 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm.
Company and TrainingThe company fabricates windows and will provide full training. Candidates must have previous experience in a similar factory or warehouse environment.
Requirements- Prior factory or warehouse experience.
- Willingness to learn and a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a friendly busy environment.
- Must wear work boots.
Temporary position initially; permanent position offered after 12‑week probation for successful candidates.
