Blue Arrow in Eastbourne is recruiting a Production Operative for a highly process-driven electronics manufacturing environment. The role focuses on Tube Production and potting with strict adherence to manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will undergo an initial training period on day shifts before transitioning to the late shift pattern from 7th September, with training Mon-Thu 08:00-16:45 and Fri 07:00-12:00, then Mon-Thu 16:30-01:15 and Fri 11:45-16:45.
