Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking to join a growing manufacturing business with excellent long term prospects?
We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operator to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role working within a modern manufacturing environment, operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have previous CNC experience, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, alternating between early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC machines to produce components to specification
- Set up machinery accurately using technical drawings and CAD files
- Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to optimise efficiency and workflow
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Identify and report any machinery issues or process improvements
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of complex machinery
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and safety conscious
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of CAD or CNC programming
