Marketing Manager- Maternity Cover

Our clients are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team during a maternity cover period. If you have senior marketing and creative experience, a practical mindset - ideally within interiors or design - we'd love to hear from you.

This is a senior, fast paced role working closely with the Managing Director and Design Director, shaping the strategy while also being deeply involved in delivery - from campaigns, content and digital launches, events, PR and showroom display.

This role is for a creative person who enjoys both strategic and practical, comfortable leading a team but equally happy getting stuck in.

Based at the Eastbourne head office, with regular travel to London, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in a growing British brand with ambition in both the UK and USA.

Proven experience in a senior marketing management role, leading a team and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management or any other related field.

Proficiency in using analytics and CRMs to monitor performance and inform marketing decisions.

Strong understanding of campaign management across digital, events, PR and print.

Excellent organisational, planning and leadership skills.

Confident communicator with experience working across creative and commercial teams.

Experience

Experience with events, product launches, and showroom VM is highly desirable.

Experience in the luxury, interiors, or design sector preferred.

Positive, solutions-focused and supportive approach to teamwork.

Strong communicator, able to adjust style across senior management, internal teams and direct reports.

Motivational leadership style with the ability to inspire and guide a small team.

Proactive problem-solver capable of working independently and presenting solutions.

Skilled in communicating strategy and marketing goals across departments.

Flexible and willing to travel as required between Eastbourne and London.

Contract length: 12 months

Marketing management: 3 years (required)
