This role involves managing complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, bowel management, suprapubic catheter care, and hoist transfers.

Youll be responsible for providing high-quality care, mentoring HCAs, and ensuring the care plan is followed with clinical oversight from ourNurse Practitioner team. Youll work alongside a supportive team to ensure the best outcomes for the client, while building a stable care model for the future.
