The East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is hiring a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse for the Eastbourne Critical Care Unit. The 8-bed unit (6 Level 3 ITU and 2 Level 2 HDU) seeks a nurse with recent Band 5 critical care experience and completion of ICU course to lead shifts and provide high standards of care.
Role requires excellent communication, forward thinking and a commitment to supporting relatives and junior staff, with duties including taking charge in the absence of senior staff.
