Salary £24,863.00 per annum, plus the chance to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus over each year pro rated. Contractual hours 37.5. Basis full time. Region BN21 4QH

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

Experience in pawnbroking is not required; a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity and a willingness to learn are essential.

We will provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets
• Handle transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required
