Pret-Eastbourne is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead our shop, drive performance and embed change while delivering great customer and team experiences daily. You will manage operations, maximise sales, recruit talent and participate in our Training Academy.
A retail management background and passion for food and service are essential. We offer salary £35,500–£40,000 per year, 20% quarterly bonus, free food when you’re working, a great staff discount, progression via Apprenticeships
