Our Eastbourne showroom provides a high‑energy, modern, and supportive environment where customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. Whatis in it for you:
- Salary: £15,995.48 basic per annum + a guaranteed pro‑rata £30,000 package for your first six months, moving onto a highly competitive franchise commission plan with uncapped earning potential.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (worked across 4 days
, giving you a dedicated day off during the week). Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Sundays/Bank Holidays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on a manageable 1‑in‑3 rota

- Customer Engagement: Welcoming showroom visitors and delivering an amazing, customer‑focused experience from greeting to vehicle handover.
- Product Demonstration: Showcasing the vehicle portfolio and latest vehicle technology both in‑person and electronically via professional video presentations.
- Sales Process: Preparing tailored quotations for customers and accurately recording all interactions using our CRM showroom system (Dealerweb).
- Relationship Building: Maintaining proactive contact with customers after their purchase to ensure total satisfaction and build lifelong loyalty.
A full, valid UK Driving License is essential. You must have excellent communication and video presentation skills, alongside the ability to self‑prioritize daily workloads. Previous motor trade or consumer retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
