We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic Estate Agent, ideally with proven experience in property valuations, market appraisals, and securing listings, to join a well-established, highly professional independent estate agency with offices in the Polegate area.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and personable, with a strong track record of bringing properties to market, winning new instructions, and contributing to the growth of a successful sales business. You should be confident in building rapport, developing long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will need to be equally comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Previous experience in residential estate agency at Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator level is essential.
