A supported housing provider is seeking support workers in Hastings, Bexhill, and Eastbourne to help 16–17-year-olds transition into independent living. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive situations, and support young people from traumatic backgrounds. This is a zero hours contract with flexible shifts, offering an hourly wage of £12.21 and additional compensation for overnight duties.
