Jobtailor is seeking a professional to provide specialist assessments under the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act. You will develop strength-based support plans and, using a trauma-informed approach, create safety planning and ongoing support for adults facing homelessness or domestic abuse.
You will collaborate with housing, health, police and voluntary sector partners, leading safeguarding duties and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
