Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner Social Worker to join the Transitions Service in East Sussex. This role requires a strong background in safeguarding and C DoLS, with the ability to manage a Transitions caseload and travel as needed.

Eastbourne, East Sussex | Pay Rate: £40 per hour |
Hours:
37 per week | Working Pattern:
Hybrid with at least 1 day per week in the Eastbourne office.
Contract:
Minimum 3 months.
