The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the Easthampton Clinic's team. You will provide clinical social work and mental health supervision to direct service clinicians.

Role Summary

Our mid‑sized office serves clients of all ages starting at 5 years old. In this role you will provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy using trauma‑informed, person‑centered, evidence‑based practices. The client population includes dual diagnosis, LGBTQ+, and a wide scope of clinical diagnoses. The clinic values a team‑based approach and encourages self‑care and provider growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy to the population served.
  • Supervise social workers and direct service staff, ensuring clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Develop and coordinate in‑service training to address common needs of program staff and interns.
  • Serve client populations with diversity, dual diagnosis, LGBTQ+, and a wide scope of diagnoses.
  • Engage in self‑care and provider learning/growth in areas of interest.
Requirements
  • MSW or M.A. in social work or counseling.
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Four years or more demonstrated competence in both theoretical knowledge and direct service practice.
  • At least one-year staff supervision or two years graduate student supervision.
  • Reliable, registered & insured vehicle with approved driving record check.
  • Approved criminal background check (CORI).
