• Active, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state where clinical practice will occur.
• If holding a compact license, transfer to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component).
• Proof of TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
