Maintenance Tech in Senior Living

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $23 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, has an opening for a full time technician to join the team that maintains our campuses in Northampton and Easthampton, MA. This position is 40 hours a week, fully benefited, at $21-23/hour.

You will be a key part of a central department at Lathrop, you will form relationships with staff, residents, and vendors while using and building upon your technical skills to improve and maintain the physical environment for all community members.

What you’ll bring:

• Basic working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity,
• Interior and exterior painting skills
• Safe use of power tools
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance company
