NCYF is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor based in our Easthampton office to support implementation of a licensed clinician’s treatment plan and to assist youth in achieving the goals of the treatment plan.

Provide coaching and support for assigned clients, accompany the youth’s family to meetings on behavioral health treatment needs, engage with clients in the home and in community activities, work one on one with youth and monitor progress on the attainment of treatment plan goals and objectives, and provide face‑to‑face and phone care coordination with collateral providers.

• High School Diploma and a minimum of two years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle for driving clients.
• Auto Insurance:
  Must have at minimum optional bodily injury to others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and damage to someone else’s property (part
  4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of said coverage must be provided to NCYF prior to beginning employment.
