Location:

East Kilbride, Scotland.

Hours:

8am‑5pm Monday to Friday. Salary: £27,000–£30,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy office in East Kilbride. The role involves making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills, organisational ability, and familiarity with Microsoft Office are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange travel and meetings.
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Liaise daily with internal and external customers.
  • Support the small but busy office in all administrative tasks.
What We Look For
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong administration and IT skills using Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Ability to cover on‑call work (manning the phone 5pm‑7pm on some weekdays and sporadic weekends).
