Administration Assistant

Proactive and organised Administration Assistant required to join our client s busy Property Department. Candidates must have strong previous admin experience, and will be supporting a busy team in providing an excellent level of client service by supporting the management of property files and all associated matters.

Duties will include dealing with calls and emails, opening/closing files, onboarding clients, producing letters and documents, preparing quote details, updating systems and maintaining documents, meeting clients, managing meetings and any other ad hoc duties to assist the team.

Proven skills in administration are essential, ideally from a similar environment, and applicants will need strong skills in communication and IT, the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.
