Leading UK Drinks Wholesaler (On-Trade Specialist)

Are you passionate about the on-trade drinks industry and ready to take the next step in your career? I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced on-trade Sales Manager to join a leading UK drinks wholesaler covering the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build and lead a brand-new team within a growing and ambitious business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment and have a strong track record in beer keg and on-trade drinks sales, we want to hear from you.
The Role- As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop, lead and inspire a newly established sales team
- Drive sales growth across the North West region within the on-trade
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver commercial targets in a competitive, fast-paced market
- Support, coach and develop team members to maximise performance
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement regional strategy
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in driving sales performance.
About You- We’re looking for a motivated, commercially driven individual who brings:
- Proven experience in beer keg sales
- On-trade drinks sales experience
- A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive sales environment
- Confidence in building long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly advantageous:
- Previous sales management or team management experience
- Experience working for a drinks wholesaler
- You’ll be energetic, relationship-focused and passionate about the drinks industry, with the drive to build something new and make a real impact.
- Salary up to £55,000 per annum
