We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship‑focused Business Development Manager to accelerate the conversion of high‑spending international visitors within a luxury retail/visitor attraction environment.
You will build strong, multi‑level relationships, develop targeted partnership strategies, and deliver measurable commercial growth by activating partners across travel trade, hospitality, membership clubs, destination services, international facing UK visitor channels.
The Business Development Manager will focus on attracting and converting HNW and UHNW audiences by developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with the Head of Business Development to deliver sustained double-digit growth across assigned segments and markets.
Managing a portfolio of commercial partners, including hotels, serviced apartments, travel trade organisations, membership clubs, driving qualified conversion and commercial performance. The role requires strong business development skills, and experience working within travel/hospitality/luxury in a commercially focused sales role.
This is a FTC 12month Maternity Cover role. April 2026.
Hybrid working with 2 days in the Oxfordshire office
