Breedon Group is recruiting a Civils Chargehand for our Contracting team in the Hebrides. This hands-on role combines surfacing duties with guiding and coordinating a squad on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, to quality, and on time.
You will support Foreperson with organising the team, site briefings, toolbox talks and on-site safety, working across different sites and shifts, including nights when required.
