A beauty and aesthetic clinic based in Helsinki is seeking a creative freelance social media specialist to manage and grow its Instagram presence. The role focuses on developing content in Finnish for a local audience while maintaining client communication in Russian. This is envisioned as a long-term collaboration, beginning with a small monthly scope of around 10 hours. The specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging posts, Stories, and Reels, while also assisting with content planning and occasional basic community management.

Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry will be especially valued.

• Create and publish engaging posts, Stories, and Reels on Instagram
• Develop content in Finnish for a local audience and coordinate with the client in Russian
• Assist with content planning and occasional basic community management
• Collaborate on simple promotions, giveaways, and campaign strategies
• Stay updated on engagement best practices and social media trends

• Fluency in Finnish for creating high-quality Instagram content
• Strong communication skills in Russian for direct client coordination
• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, ideally in beauty, skincare, or wellness niches
• Proficiency in designing visually appealing posts, Stories, and Reels
• Graphic design fundamentals with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Ability to plan and execute simple promotions, giveaways, and campaign strategies
• Reliability, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to collaboration
• Availability for approximately 10 hours of work per month, with flexibility for long-term growth
