Müller UK & Ireland is looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Part‑Time) to join our dedicated team onsite in East Kilbride

Hours: 27.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days over mies 7
- Accurately capture customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
- Maintain trackers and reports with up‑to‑date information.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (MMID, Production Planning, Commercial) to meet customer needs.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Calmly address customer concerns and complaints.
- Efficient call handling and multitasking abilities. etään
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and listening abilities.
- Professional awareness of tone and body language.
- Proven customer service experience.
