Full-Time A well-established and modern dental practice is seeking an organised and professional Dental Receptionist to join the front-of-house team. The practice offers a range of treatments and prides itself on delivering an excellent patient experience.
About the Role:
Managing the front desk and greeting patients Handling calls, emails, and patient enquiries in a professional manner Booking and managing appointments using practice software Supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records Ensuring a high standard of organisation and front-of-house presentation
About You:
Confident using SOE (EXACT) dental software Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and patient-focused Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Excellent attention to detail and reliability
