Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

This role would suit someone with previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role and a strong attention to detail.

• Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
• Chasing end‑of‑month statements and ensuring all invoices are received
• Chasing aged debtors
• Setting up new customer and supplier accounts
• Processing employee expenses
• Making supplier payments
• Taking incoming finance‑related phone calls, including processing card payments
• Posting bank payments using accounting software
• Managing the finance email inbox
• Releasing held orders once payment has been received

• Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role
• Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a team‑focused approach
• Experience using SAP would be advantageous
