Night Support Worker – Wellington
£13.06 per hour plus night enhancement
Typical shifts are 20:30 – 08:00, working three shifts a week including alternate weekends.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service, set just off the main street in Wellington, is a beautiful home in lush green grounds with its own hydrotherapy pool and sensory room. As a Night Support Worker you’ll enhance the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This role is an amazing opportunity to make a difference and help people grow in confidence and independence, such as making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
Responsibilities• Assist with bedtime routines and personal care.
• Conduct regular checks throughout the night.
• Perform light domestic duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience• Full UK driving licence.
• Resilience, flexibility and composure in approach.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism and trauma.
• No prior experience required – a passion for enhancing quality of life, desire to learn and a genuine caring attitude.
