We are actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join the Talent Acquisition team, a dedicated unit focused on attracting top talent around the globe.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, this role is pivotal to driving the full recruitment cycle from advising hiring managers on strategies to successfully onboarding selected candidates.

Partnering broadly across the Human Resources function as well as with a variety of managers from around the world, the successful candidate will have experience understanding the legal and cultural elements necessary to acquire talent across Europe.
French language capabilities are essential for this role.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process for all level positions across Europe, with a strong focus on France and the UK.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
  • Post open role in a variety of available channels, leveraging available social media channels and branding guidelines to build an enticing and relevant job advertisement.
  • Prepare and process hiring documentation and coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
  • Continually source active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Screen candidates and provide recommendations and screening notes to Hiring Managers.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to promptly schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Provide direction and counsel to Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners on topics ranging from budget, sourcing strategies, agency engagements, offers, and overall Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality and workflows.
  • Coach hiring managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions and collect holistic interview feedback to incorporate into the hiring decision‑making process.
  • Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact representing Revvity to all candidates, providing transparency and engagement throughout the process and effectively communicating final decisions (whether move to offer or disposition notifications) in a kind and respectful manner.
  • Develop and undertake various Employer Branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Min. 5‑year successful recruiting experience in an in‑house or agency environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with leveraging social media and branding initiatives to source and attract talent.
  • Demonstrating business thinking and acumen through strategic sourcing techniques with the use of data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering on time‑to‑fill metrics and expectations.
  • Strong ability to influence and gain alignment from key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal forms.
  • Versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity.
Highly Preferred:
  • Experience using Workday’s Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in the Life Science, Diagnostic industries.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with the country‑specific hiring practices in France and the UK.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage diverse activities simultaneously.
  • Metrics and results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset; ability to create accountability and lead by example.
  • Utilizes a sense of urgency to get problems solved.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
