HR Senior Case advisor

2 x Senior HR Case Advisors required to start ASAP, initially for 3 months.

Candidates will need to operate at pace, provide high‑quality professional advice, and manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload.

Ideal candidates will bring:

Strong experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, workplace performance issues, and complex casework from end to end.

The ability to confidently guide and influence managers through challenging HR matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.

Excellent communication skills and the resilience to work with sensitive and sometimes high‑risk situations.

Experience working with schools or within an education setting is highly desirable, particularly with knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance and broader safeguarding principles.

A solutions‑focused mindset, with the judgement to balance organisational needs with employee wellbeing.
