HR Manager
East Kilbride
£45,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent

We’re partnering with a well‑established and highly respected Scottish food manufacturer
, known for delivering high‑quality products to major retailers and food‑service customers across the UK and beyond. With decades of heritage behind them and a reputation for quality, consistency and innovation, they are a major employer in the region and a recognised name within the industry.

They are now looking for a strong, commercially aware HR Manager to lead the HR function on site in East Kilbride.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager within food manufacturing (this is essential)
  • Strong ER background with the confidence to manage complex cases
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, labour‑intensive environments
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
The Role
  • Lead all site HR activity
  • Manage employee relations, performance management and engagement
  • Support and coach line managers
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
  • Drive HR best practice and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
  • Support business change and growth initiatives
