Senior User Workplace Services Analyst - Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Management, Windows, Azure

Required for a leading UK business, paying up to £55000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.

In this hybrid role, 3 days on site at East Kilbride (or Market Drayton) and 2 days remote.

As a senior technical specialist you will ensure colleagues across the organisation have access to secure, reliable and well‑managed technology, while shaping how workplace services evolve.

This role is not centred around ticket volumes or routine support. Instead, you will take ownership of key workplace technologies, drive service improvements and act as a technical authority across the endpoint estate.

You will work closely with Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and Technical Support teams to keep devices, applications and user services secure, compliant and operationally effective.

You will also identify opportunities for automation, reduce operational overhead and improve the overall user experience.

• Enterprise endpoint management technologies
• Microsoft Intune and modern device management
• Windows desktop operating environments – upgrades to the latest version of 11
• Device provisioning and lifecycle management
• Endpoint security, governance and compliance
• Enterprise patching and update strategies
• Power Shell or scripting experience advantageous
• Strong documentation and knowledge‑sharing practices
