Navantia UK is looking for multiple Welders in Methil and following its recent acquisition of Harland & Wolff's facilities, is committed to strengthening Britain's defence, maritime, and clean energy industrial capabilities. The company is poised for significant development in the energy sector, leveraging its expanded infrastructure and expertise.
Job Duties- Welding to quality standard agreed by client regarding weld procedures and NDT specifications.
- Welding and fabrication using FCAW.
- Welding fillets, full pen, semi automatic, GSMCAW, SUB-ARC & FCAW.
- Use of ceramic tiles.
- Plate and pipe.
- The candidate must have experienced welding in a Renewables/Shipyard/Heavy engineering environment.
- In date 6G codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
