Quality Manager

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our client's team in East Kilbride
.

This is a key operational role where you'll support the organisation in maintaining high standards across quality, compliance and facilities management. If you have experience with ISO standards and enjoy a varied workload that blends compliance with day-to-day support, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

What's on offer?

• Working Monday to Friday, from 7:45am to 1:45pm
• A competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

In this varied Quality Manager role, your duties will include:

• Managing and maintaining compliance across key ISO standards
• Supporting and preparing for internal and external audits
• Presenting audit outcomes and quality updates to senior leadership
• Providing support across facilities management, administration and customer service
• Contributing to continuous improvement across operational processes

To succeed in this Quality Manager role
, you will have experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001. Combined with a background in managing compliance processes, audits and reporting.
