I am currently recruiting for two experienced contracts managers to join a close local authority client of mine. The contract managers will be compliance based with 1 role covering Fire, Electric and Lifts, whilst the other role covers Asbestos, Gas and Water.
Location: South England
Rate: DOE
Contract: Initially 3 months
Experience required:- Previous experience of planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Previous experience of maintaining contracts, procuring new contractors off frameworks
- Managing external, difficult contractors, ensuring works are being completed
- Managing the compliance programmes and building safety regulations
- Delivering the compliance programmes across their domestic and commercial properties
- Ensuring the compliance works meet legislations
