A food manufacturing company in East Kilbride seeks a Technical Specialist to oversee daily sensory panels and ensure product quality. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Food Science or Food Technology and 1-3 years in food manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring product consistency, supporting technical investigations, and maintaining documentation. The environment is fast-paced with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £30k–£35k.
