What to expect:

As a Production Planner, you'll join our Short-Term Planning team and play a vital role in ensuring production plans are executed safely, efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.

Working closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Engineering, you'll coordinate the flow of information, materials and resources required to keep operations running smoothly. You'll be at the centre of a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, requiring sound judgement, strong communication and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

Creating and maintaining production plans to support operational and customer requirements

Ensuring materials and resources are available to enable the successful delivery of the production schedule

Working cross-functionally to manage changing priorities and minimise operational disruption

Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives and site projects that drive efficiency and performance

Monitoring production performance and identifying opportunities to optimise line utilisation, yield and service levels

Contributing to the day-to-day running of the planning function and ensuring planning activities are completed accurately and on time

Skills & Essentials:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive planning professional who can build strong relationships across the business and remain focused when managing multiple priorities.

You'll ideally have:

Experience working within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment

Previous experience in a Production Planner or similar planning, scheduling or supply chain role Knowledge and understanding of SAP MRP processes and other planning systems

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Power BIThe ability to make sound, timely decisions while maintaining focus on wider business objectives
