As our Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our marketing campaign cycle, which focuses on building our brand voice, elevating our merchant offers, & inspiring new customers to shop with us. You will have the autonomy to shape high‑visibility campaigns and see your strategic vision come to life across every major channel. You'll join us at a pivotal moment as we go into H2 planning, where your work will directly impact our market growth, the success of our retail partnerships, and the value we deliver to our customers.

You'll work cross‑functionally, ensuring you partner closely with Design, Marketing, Content, and Partnership teams to drive cohesive, high‑impact results.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Leadership:
    Lead the end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and activations across our key categories
  • Cross‑Functional Orchestration:
    Coordinate sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly, smartly, and with maximum impact
  • Strategic Planning:
    Own the marketing calendar. You'll deliver on immediate projects while building out the roadmap for the year ahead
  • Creative Ideation:
    Develop campaign concepts that champion our brand message, help consumers save money, and hit our partners' business targets
  • Growth Support:
    Partner with our User Acquisition team to drive app downloads, email subs, and browser extension installs through targeted campaigns
  • Partnership Enablement:
    Support the Partnerships team with custom proposals that deepen our relationships with major retailers
  • Design

    Collaboration:

    Act as the bridge between Marketing and Design, translating requirements into creative assets that truly land the message
  • Brand Guardianship:
    Ensure brand voice and visuals remain consistent across all channels, regions, and collateral
  • Data & Insights:
    Use competitor analysis and consumer trends to ensure campaigns are data‑driven. You'll collaborate with PPC, CRM, PR, and Social teams to optimize every touchpoint
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor brand KPIs and campaign performance, providing in‑depth reporting to leadership and actionable insights for the wider team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a digital marketing or communications role (experience in e‑commerce or affiliate industry will be helpful)
  • Experience managing brand‑led marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Confident project manager, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Both customer‑focused and commercially savvy
  • Strong attention to detail and motivated to make improvements where possible
  • Clear and empathetic communicator
  • Willingness to get creative and think strategically, but also to get stuck‑in and deliver
Desirable Skills
  • Experience managing app‑first marketing campaigns
  • Direct experience in budget management and tracking ROI
