Stoarra is a private e-commerce and wholesale brokerage platform designed to foster structured and accountable trade relationships among brands, buyers, and vendors. The platform ensures secure, transparent, and compliant trade across the UK, EU, and US markets, supporting long-term commercial integrity. Acting as a neutral facilitator, Stoarra provides the infrastructure for seamless discovery, negotiation, and execution of business transactions.

Merchandisers will be responsible for optimising product placement, monitoring stock levels, analysing sales data, and ensuring an appealing store layout to drive customer engagement and sales. Merchandisers will also support marketing endeavours, selecting products for feature across email and social campaigns. Merchandisers play a key role in new line selection and catalogue vision.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and delivering an excellent customer experience
• Proven skills in Sales and Retail to drive product optimisation and engagement
• Experience in Social Media and Emails Marketing to support product promotion and alignment with market trends
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage inventory and analyse sales data
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic retail environment and work effectively as part of a team
• Prior experience in merchandising or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree relating closely to apparel and lifestyle e-commerce
